Is Picot free and open source?
Yes. Picot is MIT-licensed and free to use on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
Does Picot need a cloud account?
No. Picot runs entirely on your machine and talks to your model provider directly.
Do I need to install the Pi agent separately?
No. Picot bundles a known-good build of the pi runtime in the app.
How do I add my AI model credentials?
Run `pi /login` in any workspace, or write `~/.pi/agent/auth.json` directly.
